Who we are
Elyxium Corporation is a small company in Québec. Paul Baraka, our President, is in charge of your personal information.
What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email and message and, if you like, your company and the services you’re interested in. We need the first three to answer you.
What we do with it
We use it to answer you and follow up. We don’t sell it and we don’t use it for marketing. This site isn’t meant for children under 14.
Where it’s kept
The site and the form are run by Netlify, and messages go to our Gmail inbox (Google). Both are in the United States, so your information is kept outside Québec.
Cookies and videos
This site sets no cookies and has no tracking. If you click a video, it plays from YouTube or Vimeo, which may set their own cookies.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need to answer you and follow up. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent. Write to us through our contact form with “Personal information” in your message. We answer within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Changes
We may update this page; the date at the top shows the latest version. If the French and English versions differ, the French one applies.
